Carbon market set to take a hit

The US financial crisis is expected to have an impact on the global carbon credit market , given that Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley are said to have huge carbon assets. The carbon assets of Lehman Brothers which filed for chapter 11 protection on Monday, are likely to be liquidated sooner or later.
